Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corp
2 semesters, 1 credit
Open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors. This course is held at Washington High School as part of a community partnership. A bus is provided to take students to WHS at the beginning of the fourth period, but students are responsible for transportation home or back to school following class.
Naval JROTC is a class for all Washington, Missouri high school students designed to instill the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment. Additional information about the NJROTC program can be found here.
