Additional Fees

The general fees are applied to technology costs, lab courses, scheduling, prayer days, grade and student records reporting, and standardized testing. 
  • General Fees - All Grade Levels - $355
    • The general fees will be included in the tuition line item on the student(s) 2024 - 2025 contract.
  • Additional Fees for Seniors - (retreat and graduation) - $225

*Additional small fees for elective classes, such as art, may be incurred.

Payment Options & Details

Each family will receive a tuition contract through mySFB. The contract will reflect all discounts, scholarships, and/or tuition assistance awarded to the student. Tuition assistance awards are contingent on the signing and completion of the contract. There will not be a Tuition Management display fee charged to the family. Contracts for the 2024 - 2025 school year will be available at the end of May 2024.

The mySFB Student Contract on the Parent Dashboard establishes the payment plan options.

All families are expected to make tuition payments according to one of the following four options:

  • Option 1

    Full tuition payment directly to the school or through Tuition Management by July 20 receives a $200 per child discount. (There is no discount after July 20).

  • Option 2

    A two-payment (one per semester) option with 50% of the tuition due no later than July 20 and the remaining amount due no later than January 20 (this would include payments made through qualifying 529 education plans) paid directly to the school or through Tuition Management. A $150 tuition discount per child will be applied to the second payment.

  • Option 3

    Four quarterly payments are due July 20, October 20, January 20, and April 20, paid through Tuition Management.

  • Option 4

    Ten-month or twelve-month payment plan through an automatic withdrawal from a checking/savings account through Tuition Management.

Final report cards, diplomas, or transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations are met.
