Care Team
The Care Team at SFBHS comprises the counselors, the learning consultant, selected faculty members, our school nurse, and a member of the school administration. They meet regularly to discuss individual students with academic, social, emotional, behavioral, or spiritual needs. The team plans strategies to help students in need and assesses the outcomes. Students are referred to the Care Team by teachers and staff.
